Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use this site or purchase products.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability at any time.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
We may accept international orders on a case-by-case basis.
Production & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and produced in limited quantities. Production timelines are estimates and may vary.
Due to the handmade nature of our process, variations in form, finish, weight, and dimension are expected and are not considered defects.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
aleni is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, carrier delays, or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within ten (10) business days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds and exchanges are issued upon inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Product Use & Safety
Products are intended for decorative and interior use only. Unless otherwise specified, they are not intended for food contact.
Items are cast from solid aluminum and may be heavier than they appear. Improper handling may result in injury or damage. Customers assume all risk associated with use, handling, and placement.
Products should be kept out of reach of children. aleni is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse or improper handling.
Materials & Natural Characteristics
Products are made from 100% recycled aluminum without sealants or coatings. Variations in surface and form are inherent to the process. Dimensions and weight are approximate.
Exposure to moisture or humidity may result in oxidation, which is a natural material characteristic and not a defect.
Limited Warranty
We provide a limited warranty for verified production defects, evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This warranty does not cover normal wear, oxidation, or damage caused by misuse, impact, or environmental exposure.
Intellectual Property
All content, including product designs, images, and text, is the exclusive property of aleni. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, aleni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless aleni from any claims arising from your use of the website or misuse of products.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Privacy
We collect and use personal information as necessary to process orders and operate our business. We do not sell personal information.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
